Kingsley Udoyi
- Board Member
Kingsley Udoyi is a product and strategy leader who has consistently operated in environments where complexity is high and the consequences of “getting it wrong” are real. Across financial technology, artificial intelligence, and the arts, his focus has remained steady: ensuring human judgment is not lost as systems become more intelligent.
His foundation was shaped at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, where the work centers on the belief that growth as an artist and growth as a human being are inseparable. That training continues to inform his approach to leadership, decision-making, and responsibility in moments of influence.
He has held product leadership roles at BlackRock, where he led the development of AI-powered platforms used across the firm. His work has centered not only on capability, but on how people engage with these systems, question them, and maintain authorship in the process.
He is the founder of FutureSkills, an education venture focused on ensuring that human judgment, voice, and authorship remain central as emerging technologies like artificial intelligence reshape how we learn and work. The work reflects a long-term commitment to how individuals and institutions adapt in moments of technological change.
As the first alum of the Arts Justice Division to join the Stella Adler Board of Directors, Kingsley is focused on strengthening the relationship between the Studio and its alumni, while expanding pathways for mentorship and visibility. His work includes supporting initiatives that center on legacy, artistic innovation, and the reclaiming of narrative.
He studied Computer Science and Philosophy at Tufts University and is based in New York City.
